 Aseptic Filler
Bags 220, 240, 400 & 1000 litres
Developed to fill bags 1000 litres disposed in wooden or metal containers, the T.A.F. – Thousand LT Aseptic Filler with the adequated accessories can fill bags 400 litres in double containers, bags 240 litres in XXXXXX, bags 220 litres in kegs or drums. Provided with a head “Type 1”, it is able to fill liquid, heavy and sticky products. With the head “Type 3” and accessories for caps 2” it is able to fill products which contain “pieces” and with accessories for caps 1” it can fill pasty, heavy and sticky
products.
Performance
Washing (CIP)
Phasis totally automatic with cyclical actuation of the valves in contact with the product, from the circuit of the sterilization’s valves and steam snaps. In case of the alarm’s shooting, the time counter stops and does not re-start the operation till the alarm have been
reprogrammed.
Sterelization

Production
After the manual insertion of the bag’s neck (bags whose capacity is from 5 to 200 litres) on filling head, it starts the automatic cycle of opening, filling and closing. During this cycle, the temperature of the steam snaps and filling valves are controlled. In case of the automatic feeding of bags (from 5 to 20 litres), after pushing the button “start cycle” (beginning of the cycle), starts the feeding, opening, filling and closing of the entire bag and so, it starts the feeding of the next
bag.
